SPECIAL: MINDFUL TEA TASTING WITH SHON MONDRAGON

Tea is a great gateway to mindfulness. To demonstrate how to incorporate mindful techniques for learning how to taste tea with intent as well as de-stress, we have enlisted meditation expert and tea lover Shon Mondragon to guide us through these "tea tasting meditations." He will be showcasing Emperor's Tribute Guzhu Zisun, Zhangping Xuisian Sweet Orchid, and Laoman'e Shu Pu'er. 

TEA
